Prior to founding the Space In Between, Adriana was the former head of Strategy and Organization Transformation for Blue Cross Blue Shield. She has held executive leadership roles in strategy and execution, transformational change management, long-range planning and project portfolio management.

As a consultant, Adriana has worked with many of the top names in financial services, healthcare, payor systems, and professional services firms. Today, Adriana is dedicated to helping leaders and teams solve business challenges with strategic execution and cutting-edge personal development to optimize what arises in the space between what’s happening and how they respond.
